    Jennifer Carnahan Glaz is an innovative nonprofit leader with 17 years of experience building mission-driven organizations and mobilizing communities through the arts.  As Founder and Executive Director of Concerts in Motion, she conceived, launched and scaled the organization to provide uplifting music and conversation experiences to isolated disabled and homebound older adults across New York City, Long Island, Westchester County and nationally through virtual programming.
