Events Supporting CiM this Holiday Season
Did you know that Concerts in Motion’s Holiday Appeal raises nearly a quarter of our annual budget? And the people who make that possible — are you!
Every year, our community comes together to fundraise for Concerts in Motion and ensure our life-changing music programs continue to reach indviduals most affected by social isolation, across all five boroughs of NYC and beyond.
There are multiple ways to get involved this holiday season — including events both in-person and online!
Attend a Screening of “The Last Waltz” Presented by Webster Bank
Enjoy a private screening of The Last Waltz, a film directed by Martin Scorcese, featuring The Band's famous final concert. This film, premiering in 1978, has been hailed as one of the greatest documentary concert films of all time. The screening will be followed by an exclusive interview with Producer/Audio Engineer Rob Fraboni, led by Nick Marra. This is a charity event to benefit Concerts in Motion; each donation of $50 will secure a seat.
Attend Concerts in Motion’s Holiday Concert: Featuring the NYC Googler Orchestra
Tuesday December 9th, 7:00PM
Peter Norton Symphony Space
Enjoy a night of music to benefit Concerts in Motion. The evening will feature the NYC Googler Orchestra, a local orchestra that collaborates with CiM to bring the joy of music across the City. We are proud to have Webster Bank as a sponsor of this event, for the third year in a row!
